5. Get your groove on. Dancing is a great strategy to overcome sleeping disorders through exercise.

6. Go for a walk or a jog out in the sun and you'll get a terrific exercise and you can overcome insomnia.

What's the Ideal Time to Get Exercise?

Ideally, you should exercise about 4 or 6 hours before you go to bed. When you exercise too closely to bedtime, your body cannot cool down. That means you won't be able to rest. Additionally, avoid caffeine and food in the late hours.

Keep Your Mind Active!

Exercising your body and mind is a great approach to overcome sleeping disorders and get a good night of sleep every night. You could easily incorporate mental exercise into your physical exercise.

2 . Recite something you need to memorize.

3. Listen to a book on tape or maybe a pod cast.
