Each other should support for each concerns that they are suffering now or in the near future. Do not be selfish as a team leader or leader because it would just delay the work or goal. Make sure that as a team leader you know everything that is necessary to make or to be done. Do not make rude or reckless decision that could be the reason of each and every one failure.

As a team leader it affiliates with a proper planning to make things easily and implement instructions. There is no leader that would not give instructions for each difficulty that a team is suffering. Make sure that the things could not complicate you members concern. Hesitation will ruin the plan and making it worst.

If there part of the members that are suffering anxiety and depression, as a team leader or leader you should know their problems so it could not complicate things like in working. Motivate your people when encountering a hard problem and needs of critical decision making. Do not make them feel that they are alone in that fight. Comfort and help them for their problem.

In this matter, as a leader you should know fair against unjust decision because it might ruin the whole plan. Do not make things complicated for each of your member, so that it would not delay the work of team. Consider yourself as neutral person, so you will not disappoint each of your members concern.
