Few would disagree that making a real difference in anything needs focus, commitment, and devotion to whatever you are moving towards. Your energetic presenceâ" how you show up each dayâ" makes a major difference. It counts how you approach things and the points of view you bring. It matters whether you are guided instinctually, letting a more significant potential lead you in service of something bigger, or you work in service of your own personal interests. It matters whether you basically concentrate on getting a quick result or you look toward evolution and a long-term view.It matters where and how you opt to spend your energy, and how you're employed together with others toward a shared purpose.
There are usually many things that you could do and many roles that you could play to get a job done. But if you're going to do transformational work, it is vital you're clear about what is really yours to do and what's not yours to do. Even more imperative is spotting who you have to be in order to do what's yours to do. Shortage of lucidity here can drain you of energy quickly. But when you focus on what wants to occur and let go of all else, a wave of energy usually swells up to support you. Synergy and synchronicity come into action. Things start taking place. You act as a valet for the greater potential desiring to unfold, and as it does, you follow its steerage for each next step.
Nevertheless even when you are riding a massive wave of energy, harnessing that energy as it moves through you can need tremendous focus and concentration. That focus and concentration still taps your private energy resources. So how does one ensure you will have the personal energy you need in order to serve in the most useful and transformational ways?
This is a challenge for many folks committed to leadership and service. We like what we do and are so committed to our work that "down time" keeps getting put off for later on. Yet if we are going to serve over the long run, we must not only be centered, clear, and committed to our work, we must also be clear about what feeds and nurtures our own energy and spirit. And we need to know how to fill ourselves back up again in short amounts of time since regularly that's all we have. Without reference to how much we adore what we do, it is vital that we pause to fill ourselves back up frequently, ideally before our tank is depleted.
So what is it which refills your energy tank?? Perhaps it is a walk in nature or time with your children or pets. Maybe it's a specific type of music or art. Maybe it is meditation, yoga, or massage, or perhaps it is jogging, tennis, or basketball. Maybe you must be around certain kinds of people, or maybe you need a bit of time alone. Maybe there are certain types of environments that feed your spirit. Everyone's needs are different.
For me, it is unstructured time in the peacefulness of my home and its surrounding nature that replenishes me. And when I am working away from home, it's time alone in nature or in stunning environment. During workshops and trainings, I am going to breakfast early before others will be there in order That I can enjoy my morning tea and breakfast in stillness, hopefully looking out into nature. Regardless of where I Am and what I'm doing, I also ensure that I'm taking time for morning meditation, even if only for 1 or 2 minutes. That is where I anchor in Consciousness and intuitive awareness for the day.
Be definite about what you want to live, lead, and serve at your best, and then build that into your life fairly constantly. Find the balance between working and replenishing that supports you to live into your greatest potential. The world wants all you have to give. the world needs for you to do whatever you have got to do to be at your best.
Replace and refuel. It's not an indulgence. It's vital to living your best life.
