Well, let's start with parts; first let's review some key concepts to appreciate why "The Secret" is good for they looking for welfare and private development.

Step 2: Visualized . You can do this in the morning or before bedtime. Just shut your eyes and imagine feeling like you need to feel. Think contented, with a huge grin, enjoying, contented, laughing ... lives only one or two seconds in your mind what you need to attain.

Step 3: Get into Action. This step is vital. No action needed to be amazing but if actions show you are moving unto what you want to realize. Here's an example: Imagine you need to attract better health, feeling completely fit. Your routine can start with dedicate 1 or 2 minutes to visualise yourself in excellent condition, enjoying your body and how well you are feeling. Now, to get in action you can opt to start a diet, or just stop eating candy, or for instance if you decide you'll take the steps rather than of the elevator. These are actions allow to show the universe you are moving to your wish and how I said before, great efforts not only need you propose to do something and do it!

Step 4: Enjoy the Today. The practice of "The Secret" isn't a destination but a regular track . Enjoy what you have now, you starts to appreciate your reality as it is and notice those tiny signs that the universe puts in your way.
