Chatbots are useful in many respects, but it would be a lie to say that they don't have shortcomings. You know that your needs are being attended to, which is nothing short of welcoming. With that said, real human interaction tends to be lost when it comes to chatbots. You don't feel as though you're speaking to a real person. Chatbots have developed in recent years, but still struggle to stack up in this respect.
