The resistance is boosted by a Holy Spirit. God gives us a guide who can take us through this divine passage. Therefore, it is expected of us to overcome pulls of flesh.
We are always guided by a Holy Spirit. You will understand this when you get to read holy books. The Divine Being can lead you to those written words. Those words are normally written by prophets. Prophets are guided by a Holy Spirit. It is an extra-ordinary being. Therefore, to be led by extra-ordinary being, you have to be prayerful. Is also possible to be led directly the Divine Being.
