1.Make it straightforward. Dress without bold symbols or heavy patterns. Your stills should be timeless and look as fashionable today as in 30 years time. There aren't any particular colors that one should wear. Frequently whites and pastel colors can be favoured as they do not rule in the photo. When I picture babies I frequently recommend the elders to wear a black top and the baby to be in something light or just bear skinned.
2. Don't over excite young kids about going to the cameraman. Often when a young kid ultimately meets the cameraman they freeze and are worried. It should be just another day for them so they are caught being their natural self. In a few cases it is useful to inspire the kid to grin in the photo session but if to much attention looking for is carried on the kid does not know where to look and can make the session upsetting for the child. Attempt to behave in a normal day by day behaviour and not over stimulate the babies.
3. Permit roughly an hour for your photograph shoot. Though many sessions may require less time others may need the full hour. The period of the session varies dependent on the number of pictures required and variances of stills that have to be taken. Also there may be different settings used during the shoot.
4. Your makeup could be a bit more than usual and matt foundations are advised to reduce reflections off the skin. PM Photo takes natural and creative footage so it isn't imperative to over do it. Today we do retouch photos in postproduction way more than ever before, which does reduce the necessity to be as worried about makeup. Most marks, rashes and cuts is removable in photoshop. Plus we will be able to make you look a bit younger by removing wrinkles.
5. Content and smiley footage are stunning but often the ones people like are the reflective and natural ones. So allow the shoot just unfold and enjoy yourself. Most vital of all is to feel yourself and not push yourself to do something that doesn't feel natural.
