The peace during these moments is whats good for your mind and sleeping earlier in order to wake up earlier will be worth it.

Something else you need to incorporate is to laugh more. Crack jokes and laugh with others. Not only is this a great way to relax and unwind but it is also great for the mind. Coming up with jokes in itself is a great exercise to work on your wit and you can do this every so often in order to revive your mind muscles. Laughing and creating jokes is great for the mind.

Be picky about the senses you stimulate within yourself. For instance, when sleeipng, limit the lighting. Your need to focus the mind will entail that you limit your senses. It can be quite disturbing when all your senses are simultaneously stimulated. Limiting them allows you to focus. Sometimes it s about utilising all your sense except the eyes. This exercise is intended not only for memory but for concentration too.

The next exercise might pose a bit of a problem as you might have to give up control of your dominant hand. An example of this would be all those who are left handed would need to solely depend on their right hand while those who are right handed would need to depend on their left hand. This activity is great for the mind. Give it a shot for one week and then see how much further you can go. This should be a pleasurable experience.

Your mind, just like your body, requires exercise. It can be very costly losing your memory. You might find yourself spending an entire week searching for something you misplaced. The way to stop this from happening is to keep your mind active.
