Organic foods also come in a form of meat thi is when the animals were not supplemented with hormones during their growth. A safer environment to live in means that toxic substances have been reduced from our space and that makes it less harmful to our health. Factors such as air, water and soil pollution are not a threat.

It can never be too late to switch to a more healthier way of producing, preparing and eating food in order to maintain a good health.
