We have all confronted anxiety periodically. It becomes a concern when the occurrences are frequent and may be accompanied by feelings of fear. At other times, the feelings will just appear without warning and for reasons you can't explain. We'll be discussing some general anxiety symptoms in this report.

One of the most common symptoms of anxiety is fatigue or feeling tired much of the time. Insomnia, of course, will make matters worse. When your body doesn't get enough sleep each night, you become even more listless and have less energy. Still, if someone suffers from anxiety they can get a lot of sleep each night and still feel fatigued the next day. The fact is, worrying puts a lot of strain on your body and nervous system, which can cause fatigue. When you find that you are tired all the time, go to your physician or health clinic for a check up. If no physical or medical reason is discovered, you can pretty much assume that you have an anxiety disorder. To the extent you can learn how to relax and stop the worry scenarios from repeating over and over in your mind, your energy should start to come back.

Standing in crowds, and co-mingling with others, is one of the greatest fears of those that suffer from social anxiety disorder. Many social phobias are directly connected to your perception of the world and how it looks at and thinks about you. Shy people definitely have a problem similar to this one, but not as dramatic or debilitating.

Anxiety can produce a host of physical symptoms. People have reported feeling nauseous and having abdominal pain as well. See your doctor as soon as possible if you experience any of the symptoms that come along with anxiety attacks. You can also experience diarrhea and frequent urination due to your feelings of anxiety. Feeling anxious, overemotional, and many other symptoms are related to those that suffer from the condition of anxiousness.

There are many related physical symptoms that go along with anxiety. In many cases, it will create a sense of unease in the stomach, nausea or abdominal pain. These types of painful feelings in your abdominal area may have a different origin so always check with your physician. However, it's common for anxiety to cause discomfort in the stomach, sometimes what is called a nervous stomach, as well as other symptoms such as frequent urination or diarrhea. Feeling anxious, overemotional, and many other symptoms are related to those that suffer from the condition of anxiousness. The symptoms of anxiety can be either mild or severe. If your anxiety symptoms just won't seem to go away and you have endured them for far too long, make an appointment to see a specialist and get some relief. There are a lot of self-help techniques you can try in order to obtain relief, but if those don't help, you may need to consult with a medical specialist. There are many ways that anxiety might show up in your life. The symptoms in this report are just a sampling of what to look out for.
