Just outside of Winnipeg, our quiet location gives golfers and non-golfers a place to relax and bond, whether you're just observing wildlife from our deck, or playing the course. Our friendly atmosphere and great food also make our course a great choice for your next fundraiser or catered event.
We are advocates of the purple martin, a bird which could not thrive without the help of humans providing homes for it. We have 64 purple martin homes around the course, and at night you can watch them hunt for insects.
You might get to see a hatching of leopard frogs on the course if you come at the right time of year, an unusual scene that not many will encounter in their lifetime. The course is filled with opportunities to experience nature and even take some great pictures. The beauty around the course is enough to bring out the photographer in everyone.
Despite its name, Lorette Golf Course is not just a fantastic place for golfers. There is something here for everyone, and players are encouraged to bring their families so they are able to see that.
