There are a ton of people out there in the world and online who claim to be right to inspire you, but which one is the best? This is a vital question because you need motivation if you're going to achieve all the goals you set yourself in your private life and in your work.
From my experience in business coaching I have come to the view that there are two types of motivation. One has high value and the other has only a brief effect - understanding the difference could revolutionise the way you live.
When you go to a motivational rally hosted by one of the multitude of inspiring speakers you typically come away feeling happy, on a "high". But how long does that good feeling last for? The issue is that it's the speaker who is creating the good feeling, it is not self-generated, coming from within you.
Those of you who have been lucky enough to receive some NLP training from a highly experienced NLP practitioner will know that the secret of making changes in our behaviour, our feelings and thoughts is that we have got to get into a state of being about what we are. When you get into a state of being incentivized it stays with you. It is not something you lose. You simply are an incentivized human being.
When you study those exceptional people who achieve more than most people you find they are all highly self-motivated. It is impossible to even imagine them going to hear an inspiring speaker. They don't need outside help, all of their motivation comes from within. They are focussed on their goals. They know they will achieve their goals. They live as if their goals are already a fact. They feel the relentless excitement of having achieved their goals because they're so real for them.

Transfer the code to your personal control panel so that you can reproduce excellence at will. This is how NLP Techniques work. NLP Practitioner David Ferrers will show you how to build your own control panel during Business Coaching, or at one of his NLP Training workshops or during NLP Practitioner Training in India. v
