The one true way to feel that you are empowered is by taking full responsibility to yourself. Never blame others nor the circumstances for the mistakes that you committed and for the goals that you failed to reach.

4th Pillar: Learn to trust. By learning to trust, you acquire the role of decision maker for your own life. This allows you to be brave in making choices. Not only that, you will learn to stand and be firm with the choices you make. Trusting is something like encompassing faith in all the processes of life.

5th Pillar: Let go of the past. Let go of grudges, guilt, pain and regrets to be able to live at the current moment because it is where inner peace can actually happen.

Try applying these pillars to make a greater meaning of empowerment throughout life. If you could master these pillars with your readiness to take hold of change, there are going to be an intense alteration as part of your life's current point out.
